As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous, especially as lots of my female peers have told me how uncomfortable it can be to buy a car. I was pleasantly surprised that none of the negative experiences my peers shared with me came to pass! I worked with Faith & Alex and they were both extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both of them and the experience I had at Barrhaven Chrysler!

We recently purchased a vehicle and worked with Faith. She was patient and very professional throughout the steps. The dealership was very welcoming Thank you for the great service Bob and Kathleen

Had a great experience with Faith in purchasing a pre-owned car. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with and doesn't pressure you into buying the car or additional products and services.

Bashar and Alex were fantastic to deal with. It was a very pleasant, stress free transaction. Thanks team!

Alex and Bashar, are the best!!! Bought my first car from the used car lot and they were super helpful with everything! Thank you guys!!

Faith was very knowledgeable and a great help to our family as we figured out whether a minivan was right for us. We have three young kids and she happily accommodated our need for them to be present and in their car seats over three test drives and multiple weekends. She also drove to our house multiple times to make a test drive work with our schedule and to put license plates on. We had a great experience with her and are very happy with our minivan (a Honda Odyssey).
