As someone who ALWAYS has issues at dealerships, the guys at Barrhaven Chrysler have never disappointed. My battery was shot during a massive snow storm and the service department had a new battery replaced for me in a couple hours, offered me a ride to the dealership and didn't try and give me false information regarding the issue with my battery (the vehicle was brand new, less than 2000KM driven) and they explained to me that this happens sometimes when cars sit for periods of time on the lots without being driven, especially in the cold of winter.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. They were extremely helpful and understood my needs. Josh and Alex were very helpful and carefully explained details like Carfax reports. I would purchase from them again and recommend their service. Thanks guys!

We had the BEST customer service with Cory Wilson! Although we didn't buy the used vehicle from this dealership because we had an unbeatable deal elsewhere, I was sad that we couldn't buy directly from Cory, and I 100% recommend him! His customer service is exceptional, he is genuine, pleasant, transparent and relatable. He is really there to help you get what you want as opposed to just getting another sale. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, go see him! We were at a different dealership just before and we had been there for a full hour before we even went out for a test drive (such an unpleasant waste of time!), and we had the smallest "test route", never accelerating beyond 50 km/hr; I don't think we'd even been sitting 5 minutes with Corey when he grabbed the keys and his coat and we went for the ride he took us on, right onto a bumpy road to feel the suspension and on the highway to hear the quietness and feel the acceleration. Note that we had appointments at both dealerships, but Cory was the only one who was actually ready for us.
