Shane Paquette and his crew took great care of my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, it was in for a recall check and a referral for the corrosion warranty on the aluminum body panels (hood, tailgate, door hinges). Zach Stevens provided exellent service in particular as he answered my questions and gave guidance for the care and maintenance of my "new to me" low km Gladiator (34,000 kms). He also gave great suggestions on where I could find aftermarket options for customizing my Jeep. I purchased my Gladiator Rubicon from a Windsor Jeep dealership about 3 weeks ago and drove it home. Cora is really the only reason I deal with the Service Dept. My first experience was not great and I just went to a local garage for oil changes. Clear Communication and Great Service 👌🏽 Despite some of the recent reviews, me and my family’s experience with Faith was excellent. She was friendly and walked us through her dealership’s process, and also answered all of our questions without pressure. She thoroughly explained that, like any dealership we have bought from, customers sign and receive a bill of sale, and a copy of the delivery paperwork confirming that without an extended warranty for pre-owned cars, wear and tear repairs after the first 30 days are the owner’s responsibility. Everything was explained clearly, so we chose to purchase a protection plan for peace of mind. Professional, sweet, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Faith and her manager Joshua!
