Went in for a wheel alignment on my jeep, and while there, had questions about installing a soft top that I had bought second hand. The service staff were all over it, providing documents, parts listing and insights into the install process. I definitely felt important to them, and that they would help me in any way they could through that process.Couldn’t ask for much more.

He understood that every penny counts as a single mom, and worked hard at negotiating the price to fit my very tight budget - guaranteeing me a safe vehicle with new tires at pick up. Saftey is a big concern for me with my child in constant transit and he not only understood my concern but was very helpful with easing my anxiety, ensuring full safety inspection. I was weary with car dealerships/sales ppl after having the car i had negotiated and signed a bill of sale at bank street mazda (weeks ago) sold out from under me.
