I stopped by the lot just to browse, as I’d been casually looking for a new car but wasn’t in any rush. Faith came out to introduce herself and kindly let us know that she’d be inside if we needed anything—no pressure, no hovering, just a comfortable space to look around. We found a car we liked and went in to ask about it. From that point on, Faith made the entire process incredibly easy. She was not only helpful but also impressively quick and efficient. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to include my 4-year-old in the experience, making it memorable for both of us. Even loaded the car with little goodies for her :) After working with Faith, Alex took over and made sure everything was ready for us to bring the car home within just a few days. He even came in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly and that we got the car exactly when we wanted it. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve been in the market for a truck for some time now. Faith answered my phone call although it was much earlier than their weekend opening hours. She reassured me that she could provide some information about her dealership’s used units and she did exactly that. We were able to come and test drive some units that she recommended after asking some questions to get a better idea of our budget, driving habits and wants. Today completed a very smooth car buying experience. After my wife and I walked the lot, we soon realized the quality and the selection of their previously owned invantory . Mariusz greated us with a friendly no pressure no problem attitude and was more than patient as we shopped. After we decided on a great 2018, we we were sitting down with Alex in finance very quickly. He discussed our options including an amazing warranty to fully extend our vehicle well into 200 000km range with the same great positive and friendly attitude. The team was able to do a few minor requests on the vehicle before delivery and were more than happy with the results. Great service from start to finish. These days that's a rarity.
