We recently bought a used Honda vehicle at Barrhaven Chrysler. We were very happy with the transparency and honesty of our sales person Josh. When we arrived for the test drive, we were informed that the infotainment system was not working but they had an appointment with Honda dealership to get it resolved. It was in great condition and handled well for the test drive. We were nervous about the non-functional aspects because we could not test backup cams, AirPlay, A/C, radio, etc.. Josh assured us that these would be functional upon delivery. We worked with Alex on financing aspects and he presented us the usual options and did not apply pressure. The delivery date was reliant on Honda fixing the issue, but Josh/Alex worked with Honda and accelerated the fix for us. On the delivery date we were relieved to see that all aspects were functioning as expected. It's been 2 weeks since we picked up the vehicle and we are extremely pleased with our entire experience and (most importantly) the vehicle.
