My husband and I were looking to purchase a minivan and with the limited choices out there with our budget, we were able to find an older but premium model at Barrhaven Chrysler. We worked initially with Faith who was kind, patient and did her best to negotiate the price down for us. We worked with Alex for financing and he was wonderful to work with as well. We did encounter some issues with the vehicle right after completing the final sale, but it is an older vehicle and I have to say that the team did their very best to address my concerns genuinely, especially Faith who stayed in constant contact with me while trying to figure out the issues. I have a special kudos to give out to the Service Manager Shane who spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and what diagnostics I was hoping they would look at. He took the time to answer my questions, and we were able to have a great dialogue about what was possible and what was not. He handled the situation himself with the most professionalism and honesty that I have seen in a while from a dealership, and I left with my car in much better shape. I think even if things go sideways sometimes with purchasing a vehicle, this dealership is the place to go because they will handle the situation with care and concern. I highly recommend them!
